SCHEDULE OF SUPPORT: Pledges may be paid at the donor’s discretion and according to the donor’s budgeting interests. The Foundation simply needs an understanding of when and how much will be paid toward the pledge. All pledges can be made across multiple years, over a maximum of five (5). All pledge forms (total amount, beginning date) should be accompanied by a Schedule of Payment (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually, one time). The pledge can be fulfilled entirely according to the donors interests.
STATEMENT OF INTENT: This form outlines a donor’s intent and must be completed and on file before tax documents can be issued. The form is simply a pledge and provides the Foundation with an understanding of the total level of the donor’s intended commitment, for both budgeting and tax purposes.
